Why does authenticity matter?
When you’re being authentic you’re naturally communicating that to others through a part of their brain that makes decisions… the FEELING part of their brain.
People very quickly sense authenticity.
Most of us applaud, love, appreciate authenticity in others but aren’t yet comfortable being our own authentic self.

The common problem with those?
They’re strategic, they’re not genuine… not AUTHENTIC.
How do you become NATURALLY authentic?
People sense your authenticity when you connect from WHY you do what you do, what you stand for and what you BELIEVE in.
When the person believes what you believe, it will FEEL RIGHT for them, they’ll feel comfortable with you, they’ll sense a bond and they’ll feel safe.
But how do you KNOW WHY you do what you do?
