Is Anything Really Possible?


Most of us have big dreams but at some point we  compromise.

There’s NO limit to the power of your mind.
You’re an infinite being.

Let’s allow that to be a reminder because our culture has misled us into thinking some things are possible, some impossible.

Send a message to someone on the other side of the world within seconds?
50 years ago they’d have said that’s impossible.

“When Henry Ford decided to produce his famous
V-8 motor, he chose to build an engine with the
entire eight cylinders cast in one block, and instructed
his engineers to produce a design for the engine.

The design was placed on paper, but the engineers
agreed, to a man, it was simply impossible to cast
an eight-cylinder engine-block in one piece.

Ford replied, “Produce it anyway.”

Remember… if you have a dream, then it’s possible to have it. Otherwise your imagination wouldn’t be capable of creating it.

IMAGINATION is where it all begins. Look around you.

Everything you see started in someone’s imagination.

3 Easy Steps to Create Anything You Want

1. Write a short story…

… as if telling a new friend about your life AS IT IS RIGHT NOW.
Write what you do each day, where you live, your financial situation, family, relationships, health and so on (be totally honest).

2. Now completely reverse the story.

Take each sentence and topic, TURN IT INTO WHAT YOU DO WANT and then enhance it. Use your power of imagination and IMAGEine yourself, picture yourself living this already.

3. Ask yourself, “Do I REALLY WANT this?”

If that’s a YES, great let’s keep going.
Now, I want you to ask yourself two questions.

i. “Am I ABLE to create this?”

The truth is, if you’re human, if you’re alive and breathing then YOU ARE ABLE.

There is NO LIMIT to who you are and what you can achieve NOR does it matter what happened in your past.
It only matters if you want this right now.

So right now say, “YES I AM ABLE”.

ii. Now ask yourself, “Am I WILLING?”

Am I willing to change?
Am I willing to take advice?
Am I willing to “fail”?
Am I willing to experience rejection?
Am I willing to do what it takes to have this?

If you can truly say, “YES, I AM WILLING” then you’ve already started creating your new results.

That may sound too simple but this is not complicated. Honestly, this is how I created the first and subsequent improvements in my life (explained in How to Get Anything You Want – Just Like That!).

I’m going to assume for this purpose you understand your thoughts create your reality. Keep that in mind and ask yourself what happens if you have no idea what you want?

How will you get what you want if you don’t even know what it is?

What will happen if you keep focusing on what you DON’T want?

When you decide what you want and have a serious, burning desire to achieve it AND ARE WILLING to do what it takes… then you will have it AND your journey to get there will be the greatest fun you’ve ever had.

Whatever you FOCUS on, comes into being.

Once you’ve written your story and decided to have it, you’ve done something truly magical.

You’ve given yourself a BLUEPRINT of your FUTURE and a glimpse of your true potential. Often that’s all we need.Have fun… say YES to what you want and be WILLING to have it!

P.S. Henry Ford is one of my favourite inspirations. Look around next time you’re on the road. Henry Ford started it all and when he started manufacturing cars, he was it. For example, back then there were no companies  manufacturing tyres, gearboxes, steering boxes etc. From start to finish, Ford did it all!

What does it mean when a person says, “Something is missing in my life”?

Galaxy2We tend to complicate life, when it’s actually quite simple.

“Something is missing” means a few things (read on for those) but solving it starts with ONE thing…

We LOVE goals. We are goal seeking beings. To be truly happy and fulfilled, it’s important we have a goal.

We’ve lost touch with ourselves, we’ve forgotten what we need to make us happy and keep us happy.

Without a goal, we are lost.
Without a goal we have no destination.
Without a goal, we feel empty and unfulfilled.

A goal changes it all. Seriously, filling the hole can be that simple.

Now, when I say “goal” it’s not just any goal…


I hope that got your attention because we’ve been taught “fantasy” is just a fairytale, something you can never have… I’m here to tell you, you CAN have the FANTASY!!!

Do you think “flying” for the Wright Brothers was a fantasy? You bet it was. I’m sure you’ll agree it was an outrageous fantasy!

It’s my belief there’s no goal, vision or desire too big for you to live. If you ask me, I’ll say, “YES, you can have that!” (and then I’ll help you get it)

And in addition – to make it more fun – it’s best if you have NO idea HOW you’ll achieve this thing you want.

Most people want to be sure they know HOW to achieve their goal before starting out. No, please please please don’t do that. That will only hold you back – and leave you feeling like something is missing.

Forget the how. The fun is in finding out HOW and that’s the plan. We want fun.

Do you know anyone who is often irritable, angry, anxious and overworked? Possible someone who has things going wrong, finds fault with others and/or may even be ill?

These are all signs of a person without a worthwhile goal.

It makes sense. If someone is suppressing their inner urge to go for life and achieve something worthwhile, they will most likely feel irritable and possibly ill.

By contrast, when we have an awesome goal, one that engages us wholeheartedly and makes our heart sing – what time do we have for fault-finding or for illness?

Now, why do I suggest making your goal something HUGE and outrageous?

(even better if others think it’s impossible, something you’re crazy to even consider : )

Because there’s a second layer to this – the purpose of any worthwhile goal is to create and GROW.

One of our primary purposes on Earth is to GROW. And, even more fabulously, growth turns into wisdom.

In the same way that the FUN is in finding out how you’ll achieve your goal, your GROWTH will also come from finding out HOW to achieve your goal.

Fun…growth…wisdom all brought together. A great goal will do it!

Did you know, it’s not about achieving the goal?

It isn’t about what you acquire.

It’s about who you become as you grow. Y

ou grow intoyou become the person who achieves big things.
(which means you achieve the goal… and more!)

When you’re growing you feel truly alive, vibrant and happy. You’re living on purpose.

It seems that new mental activities – preferably ones we enjoy – keep our brain younger by maintaining our ability to pay attention and to learn new information. Endlessly repeating the same activities causes us to lose those abilities.

There also seems to be a link between the state of our happiness and how many new neurons we produce. They apparently help us to see the world in new and different ways, and to recognize when we are having new experiences.

If someone has no goal, they WILL feel something is missing.


They are not growing.

To be happy and fulfilled we must be GROWING!

PS. If you’re someone who has no idea what you want, but you know it’s something – please understand that is completely normal, and that there is a way through that!

PPS. When you aren’t growing you’re also stifling your natural urge to create and to use your own natural abilities and talents – those same talents that stay hidden in most people their whole life.

And remember, most people think being “creative” is something an artist does. No. Creating is anything that is new for you, that’s all.

Go for it and never hold back!

Are You Brave Enough to Use the Power of Your Mind?


Your mind is the most powerful and creative tool known to man.

You do choose your reality. How  awesome.

But, are you brave enough to go for what you truly want? Most people are not.

What if You’re Denying the Power of Your Mind

In reason #1 of this series I suggested creating a worthwhile goal – one that’s fun, outrageous, exciting – one that will cause you to grow and evolve.

When you understand the power of your mind, you’ll understand why you can create an awesome goal and have no idea HOW you’ll achieve it.

However, such goals take you out of your comfort zone which is scary enough, but ALSO they often require you to have the courage to break free from the herd mentality and become a confident leader of your own life.

What does leaving behind the herd mentality mean?

  • You no longer conform to the hidden rules of society
  • You leave behind the need for acceptance and approval
  • You risk disapproval from others (initially)
  • You risk losing certain people in your life (which allows new inspiring people to enter)
  • You may be called crazy (initially)
  • You may be called selfish (initially)
  • You’ll start making your own decisions – most people battle with this one
  • You’ll stop asking permission – yay!
  • You’ll shine brighter, you’ll get noticed — this freaks many people who feel it’s safer to stay hidden or risk rejection
  • You start living and speaking your truth — showing others who you really are. Most people consider this too dangerous.
  • You need faith to jump and build your wings on the way!

The backlash

We all know when we’re perceived as “different” there’s a potential for backlash, so anytime you choose to move on from mainstream thinking, that’s what you risk. It’s usually self-inflicted but it seems to be coming from others (another story for another time).

Most people wear the mask of success — do you?

Even if you have a burning desire to do something special in life, you feel you can’t so you abandon your dream and pretend to be someone else. You toe the line by putting on a mask, by appearing successful, fun-loving and easy-going.

You stay ultra busy to distract yourself from your real feelings, your real desires.

Deal with it or it’ll catch up with you

But your feelings inside do not go away – they eventually catch up with you.

If you don’t deal with it you may turn to alcohol, plastic surgery, spending on fancy clothes, furniture, gamble or even drugs, which destroy brain cells (and when you no longer have a fully functioning brain it makes changing and healing a tough job).

Or you distract yourself with Facebook, YouTube, email, television or video games.

I’m sure all this sounds familiar. All these options are often the path of least resistance, but they take you further way from happiness. Each time you need more to get your original reward or “high”.

This is an addiction — to things outside of you.

It becomes unsustainable. Emptiness, loneliness, frustration, anger and bitterness start to multiply.

The truth is real joy only comes from the inside & from being the real you.

… THE REAL YOU to shine through. Allow yourself to sit still for five minutes this week.

Ask yourself, “How do I really feel?”

Do this…

  • Start studying the power of the mind
  • Start discovering the truth about real happiness and how to create it

Hint: happiness is the result of growing, evolving – best done by creating that outrageous goal and remembering you can only make you happy – it comes from inside not from outside

  • Start learning how to exercise your free will. You’ll learn this helps everyone.

  • Start using repetition by using this knowledge to reprogram your subconscious mind and raise your frequency. Whatever is in your subconscious mind is law and creates your results. See Reason #3 for more on repetition.

Reason #2: Do you CHANGE YOUR HABITS when you create a new goal?


It’s no wonder we keep getting the same results and NOTHING changes.

Then we get grumpy and give up.

Most people create a goal but change NONE of their current habits or actions!

What can you do? 4 Steps

If you want to achieve your goal, follow these 4 steps all the way to the end – including # 4.

Do this simple exercise to change your habits into EFFECTIVE HABITS and get results you want! Following these steps is your first ACTION : )

1) Look at what you DO in your day.
To discover that look at your current results. List those RESULTS you DON’T want and would like to change.

2) List the results you DO WANT alongside those unwanted results.
I urge you to do this – you’ll see how freeing it is. Whatever you list there, you CAN have.

3) Contemplate ACTIONS you can take to achieve those new wanted results, actions that take you towards your goal.

Note: You might find yourself resisting these actions because they’ll be new and uncomfortable.
That’s a great sign you have a worthwhile goal, it’s also a sign to keep going.

A new direction is often scary.

4) COMMIT to applying at least one or two of these new actions if you want to achieve your goal.
Commitment is a must – even if it’s a small action, do it.
It’s how you’ll start changing your habits and get the results you want.
